St. Germain elderflower liqueur<\/li>\n<li>3\/4 oz. lemon juice<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 oz. simple syrup<\/li>\n<li>1 egg white<\/li>\n<li>2 healthy dashes orange bitters<\/li>\n<li>2 healthy dashes Angostura bitters<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Shake vigorously with ice, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and serve.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Incidentally, Damon created this drink using Rittenhouse rye, and it was quite delectable.&nbsp; (I&#8217;d be interested in trying other ryes, or even an oomphy bourbon like Bulleit or Knob Creek in this.<br \/>cocktail.)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I felt the French Sheets (noted below) deserved its own post.&nbsp; As I&#8217;d mentioned, this was an impromptu invention of Damon, our bartender at Death &amp; Co.
