We\u2019ll put a case of bubbly<br \/>\non ice, line up a couple dozen flutes, and gather a gaggle of colorful<br \/>\nliqueurs \u2014 cassis, St-Germain, absinthe, violette, Chartreuse \u2014 for<br \/>\nguests to customize their drinks. We\u2019ll have syrups, garnishes, and<br \/>\nbitters, too, plus a sheet with ideas on how to mix and match.
