Drinky Linky: Bad Ideas (and Some Good Ones) Edition

Yes, Virginia, there is a Santa Claus another links roundup post so soon after the last one. But there's a lot of stuff that's worth your attention.

Including some horrible ideas. We looked at this last time around in brief, chiefly the idea of spiking a Thanksgiving turkey. But, alas, along with all the cool holiday cocktail stuff (of which more below), there's some lamesauce as well:

  1. Damn, now I’m regretting not fat washing some booze with the turkey schmaltz, coulda made the list!

  2. Ha! Hmmm…I roast a chicken every week or two. Perhaps I should do that — do you think there’s a market in poultrytinis?

  3. You have to burn off 40-proof booze to make it drinkable? I’m hoping it’s a misquote because that’s liqueur-strength. Even if he means 40-50%, that’s pretty ridiculous. He’ll take my Lemon Hart 151 from my cold dead hands.
