A couple weeks ago, we had some delightful Pisco Sours at Panca. Nice hot-weather drink
(Not much else to add, except this is a drink that I never think to order unless, like here, it’s showcased on a menu. And every time I order one, I always wonder why I don’t think to order them much more often.)
Oh, and I’d be remiss if I didn’t link to Jeffrey Morganthaler’s bravura take on an Angostura-scorched Pisco Sour. Looks like a helluva lot of fun, and tasty, too.
